AvatarXR is available to your website's customers at no charge. While you pay for OutfitXR, your customers can enjoy the benefits of AvatarXR for free. This setup ensures that your customers have access to our fitting room without any additional charges to your customers. Here's how it works:

• Virtual Try-On Session: Each time someone uses the virtual try-on feature in any browser, it counts as a session.

• Using Credits: For Virtual Fitting Room Sessions, credits are deducted from your account each time a customer utilizes the virtual dressing room in your store.

It's important to have enough credits, you won't be able to use the Virtual Fitting Room. The needed credits are taken from your account when you start a virtual fitting room session. If you don't have enough credits, you'll see an error message. However, if you run out of credits, you can always purchase more.

Charging Your OutfitXR Account

Upon initial installation, you will receive a starter package of 50 credits for OutfitXR. To replenish your credit balance, follow these steps:

1. Access the OutfitXR App within your Shopify admin section at your convenience.

2. Simply click on one of the "Manage credits" buttons in our app, and you will be directed to our available packages.

3. Choose the package that best suits your needs.

4. Alternatively, you can opt for an auto-renewal plan, which will automatically add your chosen package of credits every 30 days, ensuring you always have a sufficient balance.

Your purchased credits will be instantly available for use with OutfitXR.

Understanding Modes

AvatarXR offers three modes to cater to your needs:

• OFFLINE Mode: In this mode, you can view your virtual garments without any internet connection. It's ideal for offline product presentations and doesn't consume any credits.

• TEST Mode: TEST mode allows you to test your virtual garments without any cost, primarily for validation purposes. It's a free mode designed for you to ensure your clothing items work as intended in the virtual fitting room. However, please note that if you spend too much time in TEST mode, you will be automatically switched to OFFLINE mode.

• CLOUD Mode: CLOUD mode is that requires credits. It provides you with the full AvatarXR experience and all the features, including virtual fitting room sessions.

Testing Virtual Garments

We encourage you to use TEST mode to thoroughly evaluate and validate your virtual garments in the virtual fitting room. This mode is entirely free and allows you to ensure that your clothing items fit and function correctly. However, please be mindful that prolonged use of TEST mode will result in an automatic switch to OFFLINE mode.

Checking Credit Balance

You can check how many credits you've used in the OutfitXR App. This section also shows how many credits you have left.
