Getting error after uploading virtual garment

When getting an error during upload of a virtual garment that can cause of the following items:

• The zipfile is not a correct zipfile. Make sure to test the zipfile, to see of the zip file is getting successfully unzipped.

• The zipfile does not contain the correct mesh and texture files. The following files are expected:

  • clothing_garment.mtl

  • clothing_garment.obj

  • clothing_garment_metadata.xml

  • clothing_pattern.mtl

  • clothing_pattern.obj

  • clothing_pattern_metadata.xml

  • Optional

    • textures files

      • clothing_garment_diffuse.png

      • clothing_garment_normal.png
